Tolkien's letters?

In many of the threads here, people refer to Tolkien's letter's to different people. Where do you find them? Are they published in a book or something?

Yes. It was out of print for a while but was reissued last year in trade paperback. Its called Letters of J.R.R.Tolkien (surprise!).
