Not really sure if this is the right place for this but

I’d really appreciate some help with this bit of script here. I wrote or found it a couple of years back when I was fairly deep into trying to learn some elvish. But I can’t remember what the heck it is. So I was hoping that someone here might recognize it from somewhere or be able to make something out it. :confused:
