changes?

I'm not sure if this has already been posted but I noticed after I came back from my long absence a few things have changed....Where did all my old reps go? now my rep count is down to 12, not that it matters to me, but what happened? Also when I sign out it says there was and error, so I need to sign out again, sometimes it takes three times before I can sign out...what gives?:D
