Boogie Boogie, Howdy Do, What can Babidi do for you?

Who am I? is a game of Who-says-what. Example

Fool of a Took! Who am I?

Next person answers: Gandalf.

If you get it Right, you pick another quote
If nobody gets it right after 10 posts the Person who Did the quoting puts up another quote.

This game is for the Movie and Animated Version's of Lord of the Rings. I'll probably make Another game based on the Books or Games of Lord of the Rings. I will check here Once a day to see if anybody guessed right. Ok here we go!

Starting in Three... Two.. One.

Not nearly frightened enough. I know what hunts you. Who am I?

Nerwen
08-16-2008, 10:41 PM
Aragorn.

Babidi Buu
08-17-2008, 01:16 PM

Gothmog is your answer, and that answer is correct! Your turn to pick a quote, Eonwe :)

Eönwë
08-22-2008, 03:41 PM
Ok, an easy one:

What about breakfast?

Babidi Buu
08-22-2008, 08:50 PM
Pippen, am i right? :p

Eönwë
08-23-2008, 03:29 PM
Yes and no. It's Pippin! :p ;)

Babidi Buu
08-23-2008, 03:39 PM
Whoopsy daisy  My bad, Sorry about that:p

The Fat Hobbit, He knows. Eye's alway's Watching

Yeah, this one should be easy :P

Gollum the Great
08-28-2008, 10:11 AM
ME :D

Babidi Buu
08-28-2008, 11:38 AM
lol Correct! you get to go next, Gollum :):p:)

Gollum the Great
08-28-2008, 12:36 PM
Sweet!

"You have no authority here!"

Eönwë
08-28-2008, 02:01 PM
Saruman?

Gollum the Great
08-28-2008, 02:08 PM
You are r-o-n-g wrong. And I thought this was easy.

Eönwë
08-28-2008, 02:10 PM
Sorry, I was distracted. It's Eomer, isn't it?

Gollum the Great
08-28-2008, 02:30 PM
Eomer it is.

Eönwë
08-28-2008, 03:33 PM
Ok, how about

into the very fires of Mount Doom

Gollum the Great
08-28-2008, 06:37 PM
Elrond we thinkses.

Eönwë
08-30-2008, 10:17 AM
You are r-o-n-g wrong. And I thought this was easy.

Read above quote :p

bilbo_baggins
08-30-2008, 10:24 AM
Gandalf, at Elrond's council?

Eönwë
08-30-2008, 12:01 PM
Well, he might have bilbo_baggins, but I don't think he did.

I'll add another word

end, into the very fires of Mount Doom.

edit: no, he doesn't

bilbo_baggins
08-30-2008, 02:03 PM
Ah... is it Aragorn, at the parting of the company?

Eönwë
08-30-2008, 02:28 PM
Yep, you have it!:D

Gollum the Great
08-30-2008, 02:47 PM
I am positive that Elrond said it.

Eönwë
08-30-2008, 03:06 PM
At what point, Gollum?

bilbo_baggins
08-30-2008, 04:55 PM
Hmmm, I didn't know if that would be right. I think Aragorn said "fires of Mordor" at that point, and not "fires of Mount Doom."

For my quote:

"It was a gift. Keep it."

easy, I suppose.

Groin Redbeard
08-30-2008, 07:32 PM
Arwen, while speaking to Aragorn about the Evenstar.

bilbo_baggins
08-30-2008, 08:34 PM
You got it

Gollum the Great
08-31-2008, 10:24 AM
At what point, Gollum?

I think when speaking with Gandalf. But it is of no consequence. It's just a game.

Groin Redbeard
09-02-2008, 08:01 AM
I guess the thread belongs to me now. Let me see if I can think of a hard one... who said: "War's bruin, the mountains are fair teeming with goblins."

bilbo_baggins
09-02-2008, 10:22 AM
That would be the Gaffer, at "The Ivy Bush" in Bywater.

Groin Redbeard
09-02-2008, 10:41 AM
Correct, Mr. Bilbo! It was the Gaffer, but I'm not sure if it was at The Ivy Bush, I'm pretty sure it was the Green Dragon.

bilbo_baggins
09-02-2008, 10:59 AM
You're probably right about the Inn... I couldn't think of which Inn the movie showed them in, or if it told you which one it was.

That was a very, very good quote!

Now for one that's much easier, since I'm pressed for time:

... one choice: the ring must be destroyed.

Nogrod
09-02-2008, 10:59 AM
... and the war was probably brewing and not "bruin"... :D

Nogrod
09-02-2008, 11:00 AM
So not "it must be destroyed" but "the ring must be..."

Was it Elrond in the council?

bilbo_baggins
09-02-2008, 11:02 AM
So not "it must be destroyed" but "the ring must be..."

Was it Elrond in the council?

Yes, indeed!

Groin Redbeard
09-02-2008, 11:14 AM
... and the war was probably brewing and not "bruin"... :D
Hey, he had and accent! ;)

Nogrod
09-02-2008, 11:20 AM
That is a possibility... and it's the movies and not the book indeed. :D

I'll throw you one in a few moments. I'm just getting out from the pub I'm sitting and can't come up with a non-obvious one right now. But I'll post one as soon as I get the groceries done and get home.

Nogrod
09-02-2008, 12:41 PM
Okay. Who said and where...

"You must not fail me!"

Eönwë
09-02-2008, 12:52 PM
Gandalf to Pippin in ROTK?
In Minas Tirith when Gandalf wants Pippin to light the beacons.

Nogrod
09-02-2008, 12:58 PM
Ohh... that was too easy then... :(:)

Your turn!

Eönwë
09-02-2008, 02:22 PM
How about an easy one:

..come back to you now at the turn of the tide.

Babidi Buu
09-02-2008, 05:03 PM
Gandalf, am i Right? :)

Eönwë
09-03-2008, 12:31 PM
Yes siree.

Babidi Buu
09-03-2008, 01:02 PM
Oky Dokes :)(Siree? im a girl! It's ok though)

Grond will breach it.. Bring up the Wolf's Head

And sorry about not doing anything here in a while. Im surprised it's at 2 pages:p

Eönwë
09-03-2008, 01:56 PM
(Siree? im a girl! It's ok though)

Well, I knew that, but it seemed a bit awkward to write "Ladyee" or "Damee".
Anyway, it's just an expression.

Aha, I've just thought of a different one that would work:

"Correct, m'lady"

But it just doesn't have that ring (npi*) to it

Anyway, would the answer happen by any chance to be Gothmog?;)

*No Pun Intended- Abbreviation certified by the EAF (Eönwë Abbreviaton Founation)

Babidi Buu
09-03-2008, 02:25 PM
Yeppers, EE Quotes are allowed. Same goes for Quotes from the Animated Movies.

Seems like this place has been dead so I will bring up another quote. Sorry Eonwe:(

Heh! Just for fun, Seeing as the game is called "Who am I?" I decided to bring up a Character asking "Who am I?":p

Nessa Emerald
11-24-2008, 01:51 PM

Babidi Buu
12-06-2008, 07:48 PM
