There will be a pop quiz every... well, every time someone gets a question right, I suppose. The subject - past Tol-In-Gaurhoth games.

(You know, the whole first-person-to-get-it-right-comes-up-with-the-next-question-deal.)

Please turn to page 1.

Question 1.

Who was Ozymandias's daughter?

Feanor of the Peredhil
12-14-2009, 02:26 PM
THE Ka, of course.

Who was the first Fenris Wolf?

THE Ka, of course.

Who was the first Fenris Wolf?

Anguirel?

And yes, THE Ka is correct. Should have known you'd get that one, Fea. :P

Feanor of the Peredhil

In so many ways, the answer is yes. Your go, dear sir.

Wait a minute... does this have anything to do with Tolkien? I'm lost.

There was a talking dog or two in the Silmarillion, but somehow I don't think that's what you're discussing.

What, you've been around here long enough to be a "Haunting Spirit", and you haven't yet visited Tol-in-Gaurhoth?

We really must do something about that...

Seconded.

Also, I believe it's your turn, Nerwen. :)

I agree. Also, Cobbler-Seer is correct. Your go, she for whom the stars doth shine.

Why thank you, he whose splendour outshines the sun.

Name three games in which no wolves* were killed.

*including wolves-by-another-name– "Wraiths", "Were-Penguins", "Mutineers" etc.

Good one. Does this include Volo's where the entire pack survived besides two who were taken (more or less) pre-game in trial Days? (I'm guessing not, but I'll ask anyway.)

Nerwen

I'll accept that one.

I'll accept that one.

In that case....

WW IX: the Saga Owns You and You Know It (modded by Encaitare)
WW XLII: The Meaning of Life Forever (modded by Volo)
WW LII: Star Crossed II: Together for Eternity (modded by Di)

Do I win? ;)

ETA: Going to bed. I'll think of a really good question and will post it sometime tomorrow.

WW: LVIV (wolves Shasta, Lari, Greenie, and technically Kent)
WW: XLIX (wolves Lommy and Phantom)
WW: XLII (wolves Aganzir, Brinniel, Valier, Lommy, Sally)

Edit: Dangit, Sally!

Editx2: HA. The village won Durelin's game. I win! :D

What? What's Durelin have to do with anything?

(Also, as a note. In Di's game the baddies were lovers, not werewolves. If you won't accept this response I'll happy submit WW X as an alternate, as I believe it works also.)

ETA: Seriously going to bed now. Shasta, hush over in IM land so I can sleep, precious. ;)

I meant Diamond, not Durelin. My bad.

A difficult call, but I'll give it to Sally. (Really, I should have specified that Diamond's Lovers game didn't count, but that's my mistake.)

Fabulous!

Unfortunately I forgot my supercool awesome question so we'll just go with this.:o

Name three circumstances in which there was no lynch on a given Day. Name the Days and, where applicable, name who the lynchee should have been.

Shastanis Althreduin
12-17-2009, 02:49 PM
Are you sure there are three of those, Sally?

Oh dear oh dear. My apologies; I got distracted mid-post and put down the wrong number.

Two please.

As I was just flicking through the Grimoire down there *points down*, thought I'd just make an academic point....
Nerwen's question was I hope not meant to refer to an exhaustive list. WWIV saw all three wolves survive til the end...

Well, one is obviously the game we just had, but I can't for the life of me find a second one. Drat it all. :(
