For all you conspiracy theorists...http://english.pravda.ru/history/20-12-2012/123245-tolkien_illuminati-0/

Apparently, Tolkien was a shill for the illuminati, or not, or something.

And the Babylonians 'n stuff......

Ah, the dangers of using English as a second language when it is obvious one is still not adept at their first language.

I am not sure if even the author knew what he was talking about. Sniffing paint will do that to you.

Lots of hints and references to things that might seem creepy.

But no substance at all.

Nothing but empty hints.

The author has another Tolkien piece http://english.pravda.ru/history/21-12-2012/123262-tolkien_hobbit_new_world_order-0/ bit less loopy, bit creepier though. Apparently the Scouring of the Shire is 'really' about all those dark-skinned types coming over here (wherever 'here' happens to be...) and takin' our jerrbs or somesuch, and how we have to drive them out by having loads of blonde kids.

I think.

lord of the rings

is definetly

anti-illuminati

anti-enlightenment

and pro-tradition

in comparison

i am pro-illuminati

i prefer

the glowing eye

of babylon

overseeing

rainbow-coloured multitudes

speaking a million tongues

before

the racial purity

of aryan nations

with blonde hair

blue eyes

warrior honor

Wow. Now that was entertaining in a "BS your lit. class essay" sort of way!
