Why? Let me count the ways. Purportedly from the U.S., our spam candidate has a decided lack of dialogic sentence structure indicative of a casually conversant American of mean intelligence, has no concept of punctuation or capitalization, and has an archetypical spam user name with a combination of letters and numbers (in capital letters, no less). In addition, he/she/it makes no mention of any subject matter pertaining to this site, and he/she/it has a homepage linked to party-poker-on-net in the UK.

Other than that, it's just a hunch.

Turns out, they are indeed from India, for what it's worth. Shame they were flagged back on 4/17 by another forum.
