Information needed

Just a question I thought some of you experts could answer: Who were Elrohir and Elladan? I know they were Elrond's twin sons, and I know that they had dark hair and grey eyes. But what about other things? Who were they, what are their stories? I haven't read The Histories of Middle Earth, so I'm rather clueless, but also curious. Could anyone shed some light on the subject?

I can't help you yet...I have some of the Histories of Middle-Earth on my Christmas list, and (if I get any of them) I'll use my Argonath bookends from the gift edition extended DVD set!

Thanks. There wasn't too much information, but it was what I needed. Hmmm..the twins are a bit of a mystery...

Well, the only reason I got the bookends was because I went on on the extended edition gift set with my brother and sister; that and we price-matched to Wal-Mart's price, which was about $58! Sweet!
