A warning to anyone who wants to learn 'proper' elvish, the Grey Company's elvish is only *based* on Tolkien's, so it's not the real McCoy (as some might say).

Since we roleplay Elves online, we took that dictionary, simplified the grammatical structure and expanded the dictionary heavily. It is not cannon Elven as Tolkien wrote it, simply our own adaptation. Which we like better. Thank you very much.

If you want to take a look at the language section at the council of elrond (http://www.councilofelrond.com) they have some good language links, phrases, dictionarys and some sites you should avoid as well.
