There are several ring replicas. Here (http://www.lordoftheringsshop.com/lotrshop/jewelry.asp) is a site which sells replicas of pretty much all of the jewelry seen in the movie. You have to scroll down some to find the Witch-King's ring. They're a bit out of my price-range, though. I hope you have more money than do I.
