Welcome, Orc!
I don't know of a dwarvish dictionary alone, but Ardalambion has a wordlist and some info on the language.

Hellowz ! I am afraid I'm not able to help you but you can try studying some words in dwarvish form the book "There and back again or the Hobbit" . There were some notes in this language . And as far as I have seen dwarvish runes are written just like Viking runes only maybe both runes don't quite mach in the meaning . But I can send you these Viking runes and their writing in roman letters . And some words aswell .
Btw dwarves are a Viking legend .

I thought that Dwarvish was a secret language that they only released a few words to. I might be wrong.

True, that is one reason Tolkien used to keep the history and all other knowledge of the Dwarves hush, hush. There isn't nearly as much about the dwarven tongue out there as there is about any of the elven tongues.

Here is a link to the encyclopedia of arda that, well basically says the same thing. http://www.glyphweb.com/arda/default.htm?http://www.glyphweb.com/arda/k/khuzdul.html

Many people however just pronounce the the accents in the same ways you would when speaking in an elfin tongue. In that case, this link should be of some help. http://www.dcs.ed.ac.uk/misc/local/TolkLang/pronlo/pronguide.html

In my personal opinion, dwarvish should sound like a bit of a cross-breed between Klingon and German.

I hope I was of some help.
