I'm posting this here because it doesn't seem to be worth an indepth discussion
In "a long expected party" it says:
Now that he (the Gaffer) was himself growing old and stiff in the joints, the job was mainly carried on by his youngest son, Sam Gamgee.
So DID Sam have brothers or sisters? (Does anyone of you find any information about this in the book which i don't?) If he had, why don't we learn anything about them in the book? Answers are welcome.
