...also crows, oliphaunts, swans, wolves, dogs, bears..... ME is basically the same as our world as far as things like that go. You must have noticed many of these creatures yourself if you've read the books, or even if you've seen the movies, right?

Yeah...its actually a link to Encyclopedia of Arda (Animals of Middle earth) The site is down for a while since its being updated. But it should work a while later...Here (http://www.glyphweb.com/arda/default.htm) it is again, but you have to look under Animals on the left hand side to get it this time.
