Do you mean a translation of what is said in the movies?? If so, here's a good site:
Uruviel's Argonath (http://www.theargonath.cc/sounds/elvish/elvish.html). you can see the elvish words, the English words, and hear the line from the movie. Hope this helps you a bit!!

Well, i don't know any sites, so i say just go to www.google.com (http://www.google.com) and search up "Elvish Translator" and it would give you a list of sites! smilies/wink.gif

the council of elrond (http://www.councilofelrond.com) has a really good language section. There are elvish phrases, dictionarys, courses and links to other websites. I reccomend that you take a look there.
