I assume your refering ones seen in the movie. If you can find a picture of one, You could alway's try making a replica out of polymer clay.

Sorry, but I have to say that I couldn't help but to notice the price of Sting when looking at the pics. I saw an exact version of that sword for only $220. I also remember seeing a solid gold version of the One Ring for $275. If you are planning to buy the brooch, you might want to look somewhere else first.

I saw Sting for only $75 at a comic/sci-fi convention, so it's possible to get it for even less. So, I will not order that online if I ever decide that I want it...

Also, I had great luck with a leaf brooch - I found a stirling silver leaf brooch at a garage sale for $3 & it even resembles the one in the movie!!! Hooray!
Never underestimate the power of garage sales and flea markets, you can find some good stuff at those!!!

Lucky you! If I ever buy anything LOTR related, it will be made of cheap plastic. I just can't find anything I can afford! Perhaps I'll go to the costume shop and find something.

I can no longer contain my curiosity- what is shrinky-dink paper?

Brinn- Try Black Wolf Blades, which is over by Kings on Collister. They sell all kinds of swords, sword-racks, costume ideas, chainmail... everything medieval or fantasy. And they even teach chainmail-making classes!! Isn't that cool?
