Finarfin had 5 children. And Galadriel only had 1.

Galadriel is one of the wisest, beautiful, and coolest Elves. Not to mention she's really old smilies/biggrin.gif

I think she only had one child because it takes alot out of the parents to give the child life. it's not like humans being born.

Galadriel left the West because she wanted to be a ruler, having a bunch of kids wasn't her style. smilies/wink.gif

seriously, Galadriel is amazingly cool! And I agree with Elrian -- having more than one kid just isn't very Galadriel-ish... I actually can't picture Galadriel being a mother..
