I got this on a search, I did not search the Barrow-Downs yet so there might be some more there. hth
Most Orcs were short-lived,although some seem to have lived especially long. Bolg, for instance, must have been at least 142 years at the time of the Battle of Five Armies. One name that appears many times in the Wars of Beleriand is Boldog. But it is possible that Boldog was not a name, but a title, or perhaps the name of a Maia.

Said to be Mairic Orcish sodliers. They were Maia, most likely weak ones, who took the form of Orcs, though very powerful ones, and many were Orcish cpatains. Most were proably slain in the F.A, though Bolg and Azog, being powerful and long-lived Orc captains may have been decsendants of a Boldog.
