What was the fate of each of the three Simarili that Feanor made? If you've read the Simarilion, this one's easy.
If I'm not here toanswer the reply, I've logged off.

Earendil bears one aboard Vingilot.
Maglor cast one into the deeps of the sea.
Maedhros threw himself and a Silmaril into a fiery chasm.
Just as Mandos foretold, the fates of earth, sea and air were bound up with them.

The Ciril joins the Ringlo about one hundred miles due North of Dol Amroth. They join to produce the river Bdhellond.

The old wilderness of the Drû-people, where the Drúedain have lived for ages. It is located between the rivers Isen and Lefnui, west and north of the White Mountains. South of it is the cape of Andras.

Erm, if I answered the Wind-Lord´s question correctly, could I ask two questions at once? Even if so, I won´t.
I assume the Ered Luin were "damaged" in the War of Wrath ant the following changes - the perishing of Beleriand, and so on. Maybe the tail of Ancalagon the Black crushed down there and created the Gulf of Lhûn <img src=smile.gif ALT=":)">

I believe it to be the stronghold of the realm of Angmar, and the Witch-King, who is, of course, the Lord of the Nazgûl, was the head of it.
And Carn Dûm is northeast of Eriador, west of the northern top of the Misty Mountains, right?

"Swertings" was (according to Sam) a hobbitish reference for Southrons. Perhaps "swarthy-ones" does it in modern English. I assume moon-land is Ithilian (and a nice play on sun-land). The swertings Sam encountered in Ithilian had some war-mumakil which Sam called "oliphaunts."
