Re: HISTORY OF MIDDLE-EARTH - Trivia Thread #1
Ok; I'll ask this one again (simply because I think it would spark an interesting discussion in another thread):
Who in HISTORY is shown to be born an out-of-wedlock child, but not 'elaborated' upon as such text-wise.
I believe my original question mentioned this as a dark untold tale.
Since this one went un-answered the first time; I'll add an aid.
The answer is found in HISTORY Vol. 12 (The Heirs of Elendil).

As discovered in Books Section: Aranarth.
Jes; suggest Grond as a suitable question maker here as he correctly answered a previously unanswered question regarding Elanor's daughter.
I retire from this thread altogether.

An easy question to re-open this thread:
What was the name of the black ship that carried the deaths to the island of Mandos?

Don't know that one, Mith (I'm probably not up to the HoME book it's in yet). But I'd just like to point out that Durelen's answer was not quite right. Lorien would not not pick Silpion's last flower, and waited for iit to fall before he touched it; the bruising of the flower can be seen clearly on the moon.

Since it's my turn to ask, I must remind you of my shame several weeks ago, when I asked what was the name of the Noldor, which orcs applied to them, and failed to answer it myself. I was released by Bob Wehadababyitsaboy.
the word is golug
As he alone answered this question, I consider it right to invite him to proceed with this thread.
**EDIT
Sorry, HI, but I had to remove your link to Bob/Saul's profile to prevent an archiving error it's causing me. Thanks!

The question was skipped earlier, besides, you asked me in another forum, so that would kill any meaning it had here.
Thank you anyway, I appreciate the invitation, but decline according to Robert's Quiz-Rules of Order.
