Well, we know Middle-earth is a 'better' europe (look here (http://www.daimi.aau.dk/~bouvin/tolkien/actuallyeurope.html)for explanation). So what about Lebennin? Do you think it has something to do with the Middle-eastern country Lebanon? We hear very little about Lebennin from Tolkien...
