LadyBrooke
06-23-2011, 09:19 PM
Exact opposite for me - I've read (and liked) UT, but haven't read CoH, and really am not too eunthustic about it. I don't really like Turin you see....

Galadriel55
06-23-2011, 09:24 PM
"I almost feel that I dislike you both, but do not let us be hasty!" ~Treebeard, upon meeting Merry and Pippin.

I love COH. Just as much as LOTR and The Sil. (TH is neat, but it's just not the same. I like it just a tinge less). I heard UT is a treat, so I can't wait to read it!

I don't really like Turin you see....

Hehe, on my first reading of The Sil I got so annoyed with all this being-cursed business in the Turin Turambar chapter that I didn't read COH until I reread LOTR and TH. But then I read it, and I loved it...

LadyBrooke
06-23-2011, 09:31 PM
Correct!...I had the feeling that would be a fast one. I was too lazy to actually look something up...so grabbed and used the page topper. :p

I like UT because of the Celeborn information contained within...and I'll admit, reading TH, I normally read the Rivendell, Mirkwood, and battle sections, skipping anything without elves.
