Do you know if anybody lives toth east of the Orocarni mts. or south of Harad.

It is certainly possible the 4 other kindreds of dwarves lived in that general area

All I know is that the Blue Wizards disappeared into the East.

I din't think there was very much land south of Harad, but then I haven't seen a map that includes that entire area.

I think it would be very unlikely that no one did live in the East. After all, it's open land that is free to whoever gets there first. Just because Tolkien didn't write about it that only means he ignored that area. There were dragons in the East, so there must have been people there to know about them and attract them with their riches.

The only real map in which Tolkien depicts those regoins and really greater Imbar/Ambar('Earth') has been published in The Shaping of Middle-earth(HoME4) a bit archiac perhaps but nevertheless at times quite useful.

Indeed there are references to eastern tribes of men, elves and dwarves.
