Fortunetaly for the Frenchman(unfortunetaly for Frodo), Frenchmen have very thick skulls.

The Elf-warrior 05-26-2005 08:36 PM

Unfortunately the Ring hopped into the Dauphin's container of tennis balls that he gave to Henry V.

Larien Telemnar 05-26-2005 09:51 PM

Fortunately Henry V. didn't like toads, so he threw the Ring out into the royal pond.

Hookbill the Goomba 05-27-2005 02:36 AM

Unfortunately, there was a watcher in the water.

Thinlómien 05-27-2005 05:45 AM

Fortunately, the watcher was too busy with drinking his afternoon tea and didn't notice the ring.

Gil-Galad 05-27-2005 06:35 AM

Unfortunately the frenchman noticed the ring again and went ot the castle aaaaaahhhhhhhh

Hookbill the Goomba 05-27-2005 09:08 AM

Fortunately, he had not picked up the ring and Frodo had!

Larien Telemnar 05-27-2005 01:34 PM

Unfortunately Gollum attacked Frodo from behind and stole the Ring from him (Uhoh).

The Elf-warrior 05-28-2005 08:08 PM

Fortunately Gollum couldn't escape because Henry V had besieged the castle.

Hookbill the Goomba 05-29-2005 02:09 AM

Unfortunately, Gollum was in a differnt castle.

Holbytlass 05-29-2005 07:47 AM

Fortunately, Gollum was in the Queen of Heart's castle and she was screaming, 'Off with his head!'

Hookbill the Goomba 05-29-2005 08:37 AM

Unfortunately, She realised she was in the wrong story, apologised to Gollum and left.

Gil-Galad 05-29-2005 09:11 AM

Fortunately that was after she said 'Off with his head" so the ring rolled away from Gollum's dismembered body into Scene 24

Larien Telemnar 05-29-2005 03:50 PM

Unfortunately Gollum's body was reanimated by Sauron trying to use Gollum to get back the Ring, so Gollum (Minus the head) went after the Ring into Scene 24.

Gil-Galad 05-29-2005 04:34 PM

Fortunately, Gollum had no head so he ended up in Bram Strokers Dracula

Larien Telemnar 05-29-2005 07:42 PM

Unfortunately for Gollum, Dracula was hungry.......... *Cue music from JAWS*

THE Ka 05-29-2005 08:33 PM

Fortunately, Gollum was far from a beautiful young damsel in distress and the Count had to pass up. With no effort really...

The Elf-warrior 05-30-2005 10:54 AM

Unfortunately Master Fer, (A cowardly French soldier.) found the Ring and put it on.

THE Ka 05-30-2005 12:05 PM

Fortunately, it was elusively stolen from him by no other than: The Scarlet Pimpernel!!!

~ Ha, ha Ka

The Elf-warrior 05-30-2005 02:13 PM

Unfortunately Gollum couldn't find Dr. Frankenstein in order to reattach his head.

Hookbill the Goomba 05-30-2005 02:16 PM

Fortunately, the Pimpernel had no idea of what the ring was or what it could do and sold it to Frodo at a cheap price and he hopped off into the distance.

The Elf-warrior 05-30-2005 02:29 PM

Unfortunately the English captured the Pimpernel during the battle of Agincourt and Henry V gave the order to kill the prisoners.

Hookbill the Goomba 05-30-2005 04:09 PM

Fortunately, Frodo already had the ring and was on his way to Mount Doom... AGAIN!

Gil-Galad 05-30-2005 04:24 PM

Unfortunatley Frodo was in the wrong direction because Mt.Doom has turned into a 60's diner

Meneltarmacil 05-30-2005 04:26 PM

Fortunately, J.R.R. Tolkien REALLY did not like the way the story was turning out, got up, yelled "ENOUGH! I QUIT!" and threw the as-yet unfinished manuscript of the story into the trash can after tearing it into a billion pieces.

Gil-Galad 05-30-2005 04:34 PM

Unfortunatley, GIl-Galad became the new star of this new plot combing the streets with his sidekick Danish(who will be played by Nimrodel_9) and looking for the evil Blue Lazer, whos leader is the ....well wouldn't this be Fortunately? i mean its Gil-Galad in all his glory! i know that the next person is going to put something like 'Fortunately that plot was also thrown out' live the dream! and keep your stick on the ice

Meneltarmacil 05-30-2005 04:36 PM

Fortunately, while Gil-Galad was talking about how great he was, a runaway freight train ran him over, thus ending something that would likely have become a complete disaster.

The Elf-warrior 05-30-2005 07:09 PM

Unfortunately there are no freight trains in Middle Earth.

Boromir88 05-30-2005 07:15 PM

Fortunately one day, Christopher Tolkien found all the torn up bits of manuscript from his father, pieced it all together with a lot of tape, and continued with the story.

The Elf-warrior 05-30-2005 07:50 PM

Unfortunately an Orc spotted Frodo.

Hookbill the Goomba 05-31-2005 03:37 AM

Fortunately, the Orc had no legs.

Meneltarmacil 05-31-2005 04:08 AM

Unfortunately, he had a rocket-propelled wheelchair.

Hookbill the Goomba 05-31-2005 04:33 AM

Fortunately, the Orc had the setting too high and he ended up on the moon.

Evisse the Blue 05-31-2005 05:41 AM

Unfortunately there were loads more where that Orc came from.

Meneltarmacil 05-31-2005 06:31 AM

Fortunately, Frodo had a grenade launcher.

Gil-Galad 05-31-2005 06:59 AM

Unfortunately he didn't know how to use it and blew his legs off

Holbytlass 05-31-2005 07:33 AM

Fortunately, Sam is there to carry Frodo around on his back. How does he do it? (maybe Jose Conseco knows).

The Elf-warrior 05-31-2005 09:06 AM

Unfortunately the Orcs called in a Nazgul.

Kath 05-31-2005 10:04 AM

Fortunately the Nazgul were otherwise occupied and while the orcs were complaining about this Frodo and Sam managed to escape.

Hookbill the Goomba 05-31-2005 10:55 AM

Unfortunately, The Witch King settled the complaints by burning all the Orcs!
