Edit: Erm, Groin, we seem to have something going, something very serious.

Legate of Amon Lanc 01-20-2009 04:08 PM

You mean Ancalagon. In that case, Barad-dur. And it's not alphabet, it's because it's black.

EDIT: Haha, you people are all too funny :D

EDITEDIT: Once again you are crossing ;) But anyway, perhaps it will go better for you if there is just two of you... not that many chances of x-ing. Have fun here :)

I give up. I haven't read much Tolkien in the last couple- or few would be more like it- years and don't know who or what that is.

Edit: *Beats chest* 300th post! ... not that I really care, though.

Congrats!

In all honesty, at one time I had considered this to be a pretty lame game. But I got over that and had a lot of fun. Especially in that period with the cross posts!

P. S. Who was that guy? Assuming for the purposes of argument that it was a guy.

Inziladun 01-20-2009 05:52 PM

There's an end to this? And I'd just gotten started.....

Not that I know of.

But I do know that I need a day or two to recover and swallow every one of Tolkien's books. At least those I can get my hands on.

Larnach was a woodman who dwelt in the Forest of Brethil, south of the River Teiglin. These people were harried by the Gaurwaith outlaws from Doriath's western borders, and in a raid by these outlaws, Larnach's daughter was rescued by Túrin Turambar, under the alias of Neithan.

I can't believe I didn't remember that. TCoH was the last book I read, a while ago though.
