I want the movie to end exactly the same way that the book does. However I have heard rumors that there will be a sequence showing Aragorn' and Arwens death. But who knows.

*Runs around yelling "YAY!"*
I would like Arwen to die, but I like Aragorn.
That would kind of suk.

I honestly think we won't be getting Aragorn's and Arwen's death as we essentially got it in Towers. Why show it again?
H.C.

Hi Olorin! Very funny ending I must say! I don't want to have a shlocky Galadriel voice over ... I think Cate Blanchett is kind of dopey and dull in the films and not at all what I expected Galadriel to be like, and I'm kind of sick of hearing her voice. I say leave the ending with the Hobbits and the beautiful scene where Sam goes back to Bag End and puts his daughter on his lap. Resolve the other characters if you have to but don't end the movie with Galadriel droning on ...

Like many others have said, I don't think that it'll ed properly without Sam's lovely little line to close it. I got to listen to a guy talk about LotR and it's connection with the Christian faith this summer, and he said that the line is an excellent one to end with. It reminds us that now we have to go back to our own world and deal with our own problems. Although I think that a Galadriel voice-over would be really nice. Very classy.

Yep, don't know what they are thinking but you might find this interesting. Click! Don't know if it makes to the final cut.
