I will most likely feel stupid later, but I don't even understand the question. Perhaps it is because I haven't gotten to The Return of the King yet, but I have looked and the only thing I found about any Lightfoot was this:

Lightfoot's foal, swift Snowmane.

But that is just the stone upon Snowmane's grave. I guess I don't know this one.
