Gimli, you must upload your picture image to the internet. right now it is on your hard drive and only you can see it. I recommend taking advantage of Alkanoonion's generous offer.

Gimli's picture is actually on the net. It is his HTML code that is wrong.

In your html code, Gimli, you have the picture's location as "file:///E:/MyFiles/Graduation%20and%20After/Graduation%20Pictures/PICT0073.JPG"
so it will obviously show up to you since that's where the picture is on your hard drive. We, however, don't have it on our hard drive (if anyone does, probably not at that location). You've uploaded it to the web server you're using though, so go into the html code and change it to simply "PICT0073.JPG" and it will show up.

The strange reason is that you are using geocities. Geocities is the internet ghetto. You can still use geocities, but it is best if you put the picture onto a page. A good no nonsense example is:
