Thats amazing, I couldnt read it that many times. I guess we have a new post for the "You know you are obsessed with LotR when..." topic

I've read LotR over 30 times since the film came out! You know, that one of the best thing about it: it brought me to middle earth. But I can still block out PJ's characters in favour of others. Mmm... Anyway, I've read the Silmarillion about 6 times and His other books... I don't know! I tend to loose count after the first 20 times...
And I'm deadly serious. After I first saw the film I read it about once a week, but know I'm down to once a month. I know half of it by heart!
I'm a little over obsessed, arn't I?

When I was four my dad started reading The Hobbit to me. After that he read me the whole trilogy...I was close to becoming obsessed before I was six. I reread the hobbit several times, then when I heard about the movie I started rereading FotR, then TTT, but I didn't finish for a while. then I reread TTT after I saw that movie, then I reread RotK.

I became truly obsessed after I saw FotR.
