Well it seems you've found a river I've never heard of. I just assumed it was Lefnui because that's pretty close to the others you mentioned. I think one of us might have a typo. O well.
And I think the only other river between the Isen and entwash is the Snowbourne.

Hint: its closer to Isen then any others

You wouldn't be counting the stream in Helm's Deep as a river would you?
