Nerindel has not been around much. Her last activity anywhere was May 3.

This makes it difficult to do much wrapping up of anything. I'll PM her and see what I can find out.

I will try to get the animals a bit more organized tomorrow (real time).

Tevildo and Wren - I've put up a general description of what the songbirds and cats are doing. If there are any problems with this, let me know.

I've also put up a save for the wolves that I hope to get at tomorrow. As the battle begins, please feel free to post your own individual battles with the wolves in addition to the intermittant descriptions I put up.

The little birds have attacked . . . and though a number have fallen, they press on in their attack against the mangy beasts!

I foresee one wrap up post regarding the Wenda part of this story while it is at Fir Hill. Then I see another epilogue type post with Wenda back at the Green Man, dealing with her loss. I hope we can have a bit of a slow end like we had a slow beginning, with the highly exciting plot sandwiched between words of wisdom and joy and whatever else....

I have finally filled in this save (#157), and placed another one at the end of the string for comments by the poor ravaged wolves.

My last SAVE is filled.

The wolves, or what remains of them, have been chased far away from the inn.

Morinehtar and Romestamo, the two tall men, have left The Green Man.

My save is filled. The wolves have decided to head east. They are most distressed that the two-leggeds cheated by enlisting the aid of birds and beasts.

I guess my next post will be on the new Day, with Wenda and company returning to the Green Man. I can wait as long as you folks need me to before that happens.

I put a SAVE up on the RPG thread. It will be just a time turner.

Night has passed; the new day dawns - that way any creature/person who wishes to be up and about in the morning can go ahead and post.

Wenda and friends will return to the Green Man about mid-morning, I'm thinking. Do you think it appropriate for a certain Ent to accompany them all the way back? I'd love to write it, but only if you folks think it fits.

Old Goody would love to catch a glimpse of the Ent! :D

Tevildo has made the momentous decision to stay at the Inn for a space of time to enjoy the bowls of milk and assorted snacks as well as to tease the birds in the neighborhood. He is unlikely to post again in this game, as he is snoozing the day away in recuperating from his illness.

I have enjoyed writing with everyone, and hope I will have another chance to see you again.

I'll try to get a post up today.

I'm on vacation June 15 to June 20. My computer access will be limited.

I erased my save since it did not seem appropriate to have the animals trooping off in the midst of Goody's demise. I've placed my last post in box #174, appended to Tevildo's. The animals have departed.

Not sure I deserve the special mention, but thanks. :) I'm feeling a little unfinished with Wenda. I need something to resolve her situation; can't leave her in the throes of depression for the rest of her life. Even Frodo got to go West for healing.....
