Dimturiel 03-20-2006 04:09 AM

Ellewen 03-21-2006 01:52 PM

Alrighty I'll try to give a hard one!

"...Don't think I..."

The Valar be with you!

Ellewen 03-27-2006 06:36 PM

If this helps it's in the EE...

Kitanna 03-27-2006 06:42 PM

Sam to Frodo? I think, though I can't quite place where it was said.

Ellewen 03-29-2006 02:08 PM

You've got the person right just give me the part and I'll give it to you, I'm pretty sure he says it more than once, (I jsut found that out sorry :D ))

Boromir to that wascally hobbit Frodo?

Dimturiel 04-06-2006 11:24 AM

Nope, not that.

Kitanna 04-06-2006 02:47 PM

"Come back here you devils" Farmer Maggot to Merry and Pippin?

Dimturiel 04-07-2006 04:49 AM

Yes, that was it.

Kitanna 04-07-2006 07:43 AM

"Don't worry Sam..."

Taralphiel 04-11-2006 07:18 PM

I'm going to take a rough guess at this and say:

Aragorn to Sam.Talking about Bill the Pony at the Door of Moria?

:p

Kitanna 04-11-2006 08:26 PM

Good guess, and it would be the correct one. Your go.

Taralphiel 04-11-2006 08:36 PM

Yay!

I'm sorry if this quote has been done before or is too obvious. I'm at work and I don't have the luxury of having the DVD on hand :P

Here goes...

'Oh! That's nice!'

Hope this is okay! :p

The Only Real Estel 04-13-2006 10:27 AM

Is that...Pippin to Frodo on Weathertop?

Regarding him getting ashes in his tomatoes...

Well, with 1,221 replies we've probably done just about all of the quotes by now so it probably has already been used but that's no problem at all. As long as we're not using the same quotes within a few pages of themselves. :D

It was fine. :)

Taralphiel 04-13-2006 07:22 PM

Ah, thank you!

Yes, you're right! Pippin to Frodo on Weathertop! :D

Your turn! :)

The Only Real Estel 04-14-2006 09:09 AM

Hmmm.

Quote:

"you'll be all right"
Try it.

Lote22 04-15-2006 11:13 AM

Bilbo said it to Frodo at Bilbo's Birthday party.

The Only Real Estel 04-15-2006 01:30 PM

Yep, that's it.

Welcome to the 'Downs, & go ahead, Lote. :)

Lote22 04-15-2006 01:41 PM

Cheers!

Good luck!!

Tuor in Gondolin 04-15-2006 01:51 PM

I kept thinking this was Merry or Pippin,
but I believe it's Frodo (in one of his rare
movie assertive moments) chiding the others
for lighting a fire on Amon Sul, and putting it out.

Lote22 04-15-2006 03:41 PM

That might be right but thats not what I was thinking.
Do you want to give it another try??

Lote22 04-17-2006 10:27 AM

Ok well I'll give a hint.

It was said before Frodo left the Shire.

Hope that helps.

:D

Kath 04-17-2006 10:29 AM

Hmm, Frodo to Gandalf when he throws the envelope containing the Ring into the fire?

Lote22 04-18-2006 04:10 PM

Yah you got it! Your thread... :D

Kath 04-18-2006 04:19 PM

Cheers Lote.

". . . or I'll have you . . ."

Kitanna 04-18-2006 04:41 PM

Sam to Aragorn at the Prancing Pony?

Kath 04-18-2006 04:47 PM

That's the one.

Kitanna 04-18-2006 06:25 PM

"...wait for cover..."

Taralphiel 04-18-2006 07:40 PM

*another rough guess* :P

Gandalf telling Frodo and Sam to wait for the 'cover of darkness' before leaving the Shire for Bree?

Tara :)

Kitanna 04-18-2006 09:44 PM

I'm afraid that's not the quote I had in mind.

Taralphiel 04-18-2006 10:41 PM

Bother! :P

*scours her teensy brain, trying to remeber*

Perhaps I was wrong and it's Aragorn to the Hobbits? I think I'm only making myself more confused.....*giggles*

Ellewen 04-19-2006 01:13 PM

Aragorn telling Legolas his plans perhaps?
