Ick...Sorry for my lack of posting in recent days. These holidays are indeed a busy time. But nevertheless, I will have a post up soon, probably within the next day or so.
Everyone: Keep up the great posting! And I hope you all had a very easy holiday. :D |
Hmm. I just put a post up but it seems I cross-posted a bit with you, CoD - if there's anything I need to change when you've finished let me know. From what I've seen there's not a whole lot unless this scream leads to something big... ;)
|
Firefoot: I don't see much of a problem with your post. You can leave it as is. I don't intend much to come from "The Scream", so nothing big will happen. ;)
I will be finishing the edit on my post as soon as possible, and then get around to doing the post for the next/final day. The Orcs have two options as I see it. My original plan was to have two separate encounters; one with the Goblins, and the final battle with the Gundabad Orcs. However, since I'm compressing the final day, the orcs, as defenders, will have choice of the defense. Soredamor and Berserker_Warrior: The options are now left to you. From what I see, you can have last minute reinforcements take up positions on Gundabad, or keep your force split and have the goblins attack as the Gondorians begin their assault. |
I started off the battle... I thought it might be a good idea since there isn't a whole lot of (real-life) time left to finish the game.
|
Firefoot: That's quite alright. I have tried to get in contact with Soredamor and Beserker_Warrior about the battle, but I have received no response yet. Thus, you may have to do some slight editing if/when they appear. But, if I get no response by tonight, or I do not see a post from either of them, I will move on with your course of action.

I have filled my save.
Ehm.. Since this is almost ending now, I've thought about what's going to happen to Ingemar... I think I have decided (is that possible? :p ) that Ingemar doesn't follow the Gondorians to Gudnabad, which I have already implied in my latest post.. (I can edit if there are any objections) The poor fellow met a nasty man, who stood next to him when forming columns.. Anyway, Ingemar isn't really fit to fight, so I'll let him die alone.... Is that okay, Captain? Cheers, Nova |
Nova: It's fine that Ingemar won't follow the column off to fight. I do love the little twists in the ongoing, and yet soon to end, story of Ingemar. And yes, tis quite alright that you wish to have Ingemar die separate from the others.
|
I feel so horrible! I'm so sorry, I disappeared on you yet again! But here I am, not dead, though maybe I should be.
I hope my post is alright...if you want another from me, I can give Grūglach a death scene, or wrap up the orcs' defeat. |
Your post is fine, Soredamor. If you wish to get up another post, or edit in a death scene, that would be fine.
I will be putting up my final post sometime today. Also, this is the last day of the game. Edit: My last post for Uther is now up. I may do one more post, to wrap up any loose ends that may or may not be created. |
Rather than write up a whole new post for after the battle, I simply added some conclusion stuff onto the end of my last post (last 2-3 paragraphs are new).
It was fun RP'ing with you all in this game. :) |
Well done, Firefoot! :D
I'd like to thank all of you who participated in SoG, and I look forward to gaming with you all in the future. :D |
Save filled...
I've filled my save, post 71. Thank you for your patience. I'm really sorry it took so long.
It has been great gaming with all of you! Hope we can do it again sometime soon!. :) :D Cheers, Nova :p |
