Well, if you mean the greatest of each, then the Silmarils for the Elves, and the Nauglamir for the Dwarves. I wouldn't consider Carn Dum in the Mountains of Angmar, I didn't even really consider a real mountain range. They aren't listed anywhere as separate from the Misty Mountains. At least I haven't seen them listed as separate.
