This will be disputed Gwaihir, because no-one knows for sure whether Nazgul held their rings or not; however most would argue that they did not hold their rings and Sauron held them under his power, because if they did have them on their fingers Frodo would've seen them when he put the One Ring on. Taking the point of view that they did NOT hold their rings, Two - Narya, that Gandalf received from Cirdan when he first arrived, and the One Ring that Frodo bore (obviously.)
