I have an idea to fix this. You get to post 5 quotes, and whoever has the majority of those quotes gets to start the next five, except, how many quotes you got right will determin how many you get to post. So, if person A has 1 right, B has 1 right, and C has 3 right, C starts the next one by using 3 quotes.
