As the rest of you I too use books, but mostly to confirm or recall memory. Usually I don't use books (but offen maps) when I ask new questions in the quiz forum, but always in Quotable Quotes. I was just being facetious (partially, anyway). I actually have no problem with people looking up the answers. Some of the questions are so obscure that if no one looked them up the thread would die out. Personally I prefer not referencing the material. I feel like it's a bigger challenge. All of the questions I have answered to date (arguably not many) I have answered without book assistance. This is just my personal preference. However, if anyone does answer without referencing, they should definitely say so. I'm all for bragging in this respect! - Maglor </p> |
