The terrorist should be one to invoke terror, so that'd be Lobelia :)

Hmm, I think we're trying to think of the answer to the wrong one - "Tom Bomb-adil" doesn't make sense for a musical place but it does work for a terrorist. So where is the the most musical place in M-e?

This one's a knock-off of a Mafia joke:
