Vague Descriptions

Vague Descriptions I came up with this new game, might be a good one! Here's how it goes...You make up a question about someone, thing,or place(,LOTR related of course) being as vague as possible.who ever gets it right starts a new one.

Please start your questions with that guy/girl,that thing, that place,or something along that line so it's not too vague! I will start...

You know that Girl with the feet? The one who's name could describe cheeks? And something soft?

Pretty easy first one!ANYONE?????

Kitanna 01-03-2006 12:00 PM

Could it be Rosie Cotton...

Valier 01-03-2006 12:29 PM

Told you the first one was easy!!

Good job Kitanna your turn!

Kitanna 01-03-2006 03:53 PM

I'll do something easy because I'm blanking on something creative.

Remember that guy who died in battle? He had a ring and to him we sadly sing

Elu Ancalime 01-03-2006 03:57 PM

Well Isildur had the Ring when he died in that ambush.....

Firefoot 01-03-2006 06:25 PM

Gil-Galad, I think.

Kitanna 01-03-2006 07:10 PM

Nice guess, Elu Ancalime, but Firefoot is correct.

Firefoot 01-03-2006 07:27 PM

Thanks.

It's that one place where birds are burned.

Lindolirian 01-03-2006 08:13 PM

Fifteen of them in fir trees in the glade east of the Misty Mts?

Firefoot 01-03-2006 08:42 PM

Sure is. Your go!

Lindolirian 01-04-2006 01:43 PM

So there was this one frozen guy who had a punch like a mallet.

NightKnight 01-05-2006 06:04 AM

Helm Hammerhand?

Lindolirian 01-05-2006 06:30 AM

He's the one!

NightKnight 01-06-2006 01:16 PM

There's this guy who's a mighty hornblower.

Valier 01-06-2006 03:29 PM

Hhhmmmmmmmm,that one's very vague..could be Ulmo?

Fingolfin II 01-06-2006 07:37 PM

Or could it be Old Toby?

NightKnight 01-07-2006 04:38 AM

Neither.

Lindolirian 01-07-2006 02:11 PM

Well Helm had a pretty sweet horn in his Deep, but he was the last answer and I don't think you're that tricky so if not, I'll go with Theoden since he shattered his blowing it on the Pelennor Fields. That's gotta be a pretty mighty blast.

malkatoj 01-07-2006 03:30 PM

Boromir, maybe?

Rune Son of Bjarne 01-08-2006 10:28 AM

Merry ? (maybe he is not that mighty)

NightKnight 01-08-2006 03:31 PM

Exactly the blast I was thinking of, Lindo. Must have been a mighty blow indeed, and that charge gives me shivers. :D

Stage's yours.

Lindolirian 01-12-2006 09:52 AM

Thi guy was probably short and really ugly but he was a rock of fidelity.

Tuor of Gondolin 01-12-2006 11:16 AM

I'll take a try at this.
Is it Tuor?

Lindolirian 01-12-2006 11:23 AM

Nope, Tuor was pretty tall.
This person is not only described vaguely, he is a pretty vague character himself. In fact he's so vague I've already forgotten how his name is spelled and I'm counting on recognizing it when I see it. Or looking it up again...;)

Firefoot 01-12-2006 11:26 AM

Aghan?

Lindolirian 01-12-2006 11:42 AM

Aha! See now I recognize it! Good work Firefoot

Firefoot 01-12-2006 12:03 PM

:)

This unhasty man is said to have much knowledge and little wisdom.

Rune Son of Bjarne 01-12-2006 12:18 PM

Is that said about Gandalf ?

(I love the tale Aghan, but I too forgot his name)

Lindolirian 01-16-2006 05:29 PM

Jokes!

I don't have the book with me to confirm, but Mogru comes to mind.

Firefoot 01-16-2006 05:36 PM

Neither of those.

Valier 01-16-2006 05:40 PM

Maybe Tom Bombadil?

Firefoot 01-16-2006 06:02 PM

Nope.

Kitanna 01-16-2006 06:03 PM

Errr...Saruman?

Valier 01-20-2006 12:14 PM

*Poke* Firefoot? :D

Firefoot 01-20-2006 06:54 PM

No. It's a minor character.

Valier 01-20-2006 07:11 PM

How bout' Sam's old Gaffer?

Bergil 01-20-2006 07:39 PM

the waffler from the Houses of Healing, anyone recall his name.

Firefoot 01-20-2006 10:28 PM

Bergil's got it! I don't know if he really has a name other than the Warden of the Houses of Healing, or something like that.

Valier 01-28-2006 09:38 PM

*Poke* Bergil?

Valier 02-16-2006 12:48 PM

Well since it's been FOREVER ! I will keep this game going with a new question. :D

WHO WAS THAT PERSON,WHO LIKED FLOWERS AND WAS RELATED TO SOME WATER?
