The Hobbit 2006 trailer
 

Well for those of you who came here expecting some big info I must apoligize. The reason why I posted this is because I just recently found a trailer on a person to person file sharing program (I am probably not supposed to say the name but if I can let me know.) and the whole thing was very funny 75% of it was footage from the trilogy and the rest was far below PJs quality of work. At the end it says The Hobbit directed by Peter Jackson December 19 2006. I wondered if anyone knows about this "leaked trailer" or if they have any comments on it. I am planning on fooling a few of my friends with it. Should be fun .

lol, I think I remember seeing that one. It was so bad I was cracking up through the whole thing!

Yeah i've seen that before,pretty funny stuff to I knew right away it was fake because the other stuff they were using was from a movie called Dragonslayer that was made back in the late 70's or early 80's.And speaking of hoaxes has anyone seen that Leonard Nimoy(spok from Star Trek) video singing a song about Bilbo?I think you can still download it over at TORN but im not sure.

Ah,yes! The Leonard Nimoy video -- <I>the Ballad of Bilbo Baggins</I>, I believe! Quite priceless. <P>I have seen this <I>The Hobbit</I> trailer. It is not very impressive, to say the least.

Arg! The Spock thing was great, but does the Hobbit Trailer not work? I would really like to see it.

Oh, you mean that funny hoax one with the huge gaudy diamond ring? Very funny, indeed. And remember after The Hobbit we're supposed to have "Bilbo Returns" or something (someone who remembers the exact names of the various other films that are supposedly coming out might like to fill us in).

Hey for probably being made by some high school kid in a video editing class it was kind of good. Not PJ quality work though.

I'm sorry... but that trailer wasn't quite working and I DID see the song... *sob*
