(Dagor Bragollach devastated Dor-nu-Fauglith; Meneltarma burst during the downfall of Numenor.) Arguably Thangorodrim was a built thing, but if so, it was built upon volcanic activity in the Ered Engrin. </p> |

The vulcanoes of Thangorodrim may have had other names, too, but we cannot know them anyway. </p> |
