The Dragon-Helm was an heirloom of the House of Hador.

Narsil was an heirloom of the Lords of Andunie.

The Arkenstone was an heirloom of the Dwarf-kings of Erebor.

Arkenstone because it belongs to dwarves and the reat belonged to men.
