What would you do?
 

I waas wondering if you were an elf in Valinor during Feanor's rebellion what would you do? Would you follow him or stay behind? Why?

I'd follow him because all my mates would (if I was a Noldo) so I'd stand by them. If I was a Vanyar or Teleri I'd stay. After the kinslaying, I'd probably return to Valinor with Finarfin.

I would hope to think logically in such a situation and come to the decision that remaining in the bliss of Valinor would be the best idea...

...but you never know, I am a sucker for emotionally charged arguments.

I'm a hobbit all through so I wouldn't be in Valinor anyways, but if I was an elf...hmmm... I'm not entirely sure. I think I would stay in Valinor. I'd prefer the easy life and (hehehe) I wouldn't want to go on an adventure! ;)
