Maybe I'm hard of hearing.

Does anyone know what the Eye says too Frodo when he slips the Ring on in the Prancing Pony? Is it even English?

He says, "You cannot hide! I see you! There is no life in the Void, only death!"

There might also be bits of the Ring-spell layered in there...
