Maps of Middle-Earth

Hey it me again. I was just wondering if you guys could recommend the best book of maps of middle-earth (from all ages). There's quite a few out there, so I figured that if I want the best opinions on the best ones, I better ask the folks on this forum.

Thanks again

I would definitely, more than any other map place or book n the world based on Tolkien, steer you Towards Karen Wynn Fonstad's Atlas of Middle-earth. THE BEST TOLKIEN ATLAS. She actally researches her work so thoroughly that she gives you references at the back of the book where she gets EACH AND EVERY single piece of Information. That is what I would recemmond.

Seconded. It's a wonderful Tolkien resource and well worth investing in.

the most important thing is to stay away from david day. In my experience, you can't go far wrong if David Day's not involved.

I agree with SPM and Iarwain Ben-adar.
I also recommend that you buy the revised edition, as some changes were made to the first version and some mistakes were removed. :)

I say Atlas of ME too. Unfortunately she died of br4eat cancer several years ago and had not aded anything from the last three HoME so there are a lot of holes.

If you want one to print, there's a great map that Pio uses for the RP'ing, it's very large and skips not a detail.
