Hey,anybody knows why Gorlim did what he did? Everybody knows Sauron is a BIG liar,so why Gorlim trusted him at all?

The Silmarillion gives the answer. Torture, and the love and longing for his vanished wife, Eilinel, induced Gorlim to disregard his suspicion and resistance to Sauron.
