without using complex tolk-talk like Os-wotnot [img]smilies/biggrin.gif[/img] i would say some do (ie. the older and wiser dudes). dunno if u can walk up to a newborn elf-sprog (or sprelg) and have it say "hey, dude! ure gonna be king!" or anything like that...

Yes, i know for a fact that Galadriel did indeed have the power to see into others peoples minds. She also had the abiliy of foresight. She was able to percieve that Sauron was evil before he did anything...

Both Galadriel and Gil-Galad suspected Annatar (Sauron) to be evil.

Annatar=Lord of the gifts. It is problably Sindarin, since Quenya was not often used or understood in Middle-Earth, with the exception of the remaining Noldor, but even their first langauge had become Sindarin.
