Um...I don't really resemble a certain person, but I do have Elf-like ears.

Anyway, if I wanted to be someone, it would probably be one of Sam's children. I don't know which one exactly. But I love Sam and I didn't want to be Rosie or nothin, {not that I have anything against her}, I just wanted to be part of the family ya know?

I think I've explained myself now. Ok. Well that answers it.

An elf. Someone said I resemble Arwen once, which isn't in the least bit true, except for the fact that I have brown hair and eyes.

I've also been told I look like Arwen, and I can only assume that the innocent person who told me that has never read any of Tolkien's work. [img]smilies/tongue.gif[/img]

I'd probably be Galadriel.

My 6 feet 3 inches tall brother often calls me 'hobbit' because I'm so short. Thus, I often call him 'muddy ranger' in turn. [img]smilies/biggrin.gif[/img]

But my friends say I'm fiery like a Eowyn and won't be left behind in anything, which is all too true.

Yet, my parents often call me 'evil goblin' when I'm being bad.

I don't think I actually physically resemble any of the LOTR cast.

But if I had to pick one character to be, I'd pick Legolas. Hell, you don't have to trudge through waist high through all the confounded snow like everyone else! And I've always fancied archery. [img]smilies/wink.gif[/img]

I think that I am a mix of races. I am somewhat of a Nazgûl, for I can be cruel and evil at times... they are also my favorite villians. I can be Hobbitish, because I like mushrooms and tend to go around barefoot. I can be Elvish, for I can be merry, curious, wise, and sad at the same time. I am a Hobelgûl!

i'm like totally new here, and i know this has nothing to do with what everyone is talking about, but most of the people in here get the pictures by their name. i saw the picture bar, when signing up, but i didn't know how to get one in it. anyone have some tips? [img]smilies/confused.gif[/img]

I most resemble an elf. I'm tall, have brown auburnish hair, am pretty graceful(if you're tall, you either develop grace or reconcile yourself to tripping the rest of your life), and fair skin. Plus when I wear my hair certain ways, my ears look pointed(due to them having a slight point anyway). In personality I'm mostly an elf, though sometimes my human side slips in... As for characters, I'd probably be an anonymous scout at Imladris.

I think I most resimble an Elf.
I have 3ft long dark brown hair and brad it constantly (Actually, last week I almost ha the Legolas braid down...Then I cought a cold and couldent do anything with it [img]smilies/frown.gif[/img] )
I have baby blue eyes, and My ears also have sorta a point. I laugh and sing ALL the time as well. ANd oh, did I mention I LOVE horses?

And I'd proubably be a female version of Legolas. I'm graceful (When your 4' under 6ft, you HAVE to either be graceful or split your toe&head open from bumping them all the time) and I've allways been good at Archery [img]smilies/biggrin.gif[/img]

I resemble hobbits. I would want to be either Merry or Pippin. Since we all know how the story goes, Merry and Pippin have way cool adventures without the "scarred for life" that happens to our poor Frodo.

i know i am quite small 5ft 4 and i have stopped growing and have absoulute massive feet size 7 (british size) and they are still growing. that is why i am called a hobbit by my mum. but i have long blonde hair and blue eyes. i know that there are few hobbits that have blonde hair before the year 1421 (S.R)

so perhaps i can be both...?....?

Adding my own reply, I think I'm an Arwen type, though less grace full, and I'm kindy quirky- can't sit still. I guess If i was in the fellowship or in the book, probably Eowyn!

I absolutely adore elves, so of course I'd love to be one. I also have a thing for the Ringwraiths. I don't resemble any of the characters from the books, but my predominately black wardrobe and my dark attitude points me towards the Ringwraiths. Personality wise, I'm not too sure...I'm sort of silly but with a dark overtone.

If i could be someone from LotR I would have to be Thuringwethil, you can figgure out the reasons

and luthien is a good person to be. maybe arwen.... but eowyn is more preferable, and more like me.
then theres a general list of people i wanna be:
celeborn, elrond, thranduil, frodo, sauron ( [img]smilies/biggrin.gif[/img]), the one ring (another of my other selves), Mt. Doom (another of my selves), haldir, faramir, eomer, aragorn, boromir (i wouldnt get myself killed, though!), grima wormtongue, bill the pony, the balrog, glorfindel (move over, arwen!), and bilbo's book (dont ask!!)

most of those are just to see what its like- like the ring! others, like legolas, are good people to be [img]smilies/biggrin.gif[/img]

I'd go for a Gandalf-Bilbo Mix

Gandalf because I'm wise, tall and skinny, walk with a large stick when I can, favor the Magic arts, and wear a head covering hat (mines a bucket hat tho'). Plus, I always favored the long beard and hair thing.

And Bilbo because he's a halfling and they're imfamous for making for good rouge type folk. Good at hiding, and the arts of 'palming' and theivery.

Neither of which though, do I resemble.

Well Galadwen 29 I feel the same,as you can tell by my name, kind of elfish (I'm 5'7")and more prone to quiet selfabsorption but I'm also funny and less gracefull than any elf more Merry and Pippin-ish. You know how pippin kinda screws up. I guess Frodo is more thoughtfull but that whole ring thing is a bummer.
It is harder for a girl to choose a character. So I would make up an elf-hobbit mix who would go along with the fellowship as a member(I know the number would be wrong but this is my fantasy) maybe a healer type. That way I can help all my fav characters and still be me.

i would Galadriel cause she is cool and can telepathically communicate. hehehe. i can screw with ppls minds!!!!

I could picture myself as a shieldmaiden of the Rohirrim, or maybe as an Elven archer. Definitely a warrior of some sort, and definitely a girl. I think I would prefer to be mortal, so that I could avoid the sadness that the Elves face.

Going by looks and personality: definitely an Elvish princess of some sort.

I'm 5'10", with honey-blonde hair, and blue-green-amber eyes (amber flecks by my pupils), and a small waist (no: no matter what they say: I am not anorexic).

Hmmm...I may even be Legolas's sister! Haha...if he had one. Well, if I were not, knowing the family I'm from, I'd end up married to him to somehow get into the family, in any case...
