About that petition (about changing the name of the movie, citing NYC purposes and all other anti-wave-making affiliates)... does anyone really view it as a threatening thing? I didn't look to see how many signatures were on there, so I'm not really sure how "mainstream" that whole thing is. (Only heard about it in passing in a message board that had a lot more goofballs posting than actual Tolkien fans.) I severly doubt it's going to prevent the release of the movie under the name "The Two Towers", but will it warrant a few newspaper articles, at least? Is it that far along? What do you guys think?

If serious, they must have made a distinction between movie and book versions. I'm more than half pure in movie domain and less than half in book. So mixing it up is not quite correct to my taste
