Elfwine the Fair, Son of Eomer

I have just stepped into a new plane to ask what is to me, a very important question.

Is the little blurb in Appendix A in LOTR all the info we get about this Prince of Rohan?

Put simply, yes.

Why don't you take it into your own hands? Make an RPG character of him or something.

Elfwine is a reccuring theme with Tolkein. Read HoME V, I expect this Elfwine would be a lot like the other Elfwines.

Lindril, I am taking it into my own hands, he's in one of my stories.

Just to show the world how ignorant I am, what does HoME stand for?

The History of Middle-earth, edited by Christopher Tolkien.

Basically a bunch of unfinished stories and early versions of stories from The Silmariilion.

I highly recommended reading HoME.

Great book and adds so much to LotR.
