It is where the Oath of Cirion and Eorl was performed, it originally contained the gravesite of Elendil, it was the site for the Tradition of Isildur until Cirion ended the practice, it was the highest, last in line, and last built of the beacon towers, it was originally the midpoint of the Kingdom of Gondor, and a border mark for Rohan as the souce area for the Mering stream.

No it isn't.

As additional help; it DOES begin with an 'A' however.
It is not indexed in UT, and can only be found in one note in the text.
